The beep test

Today's beep test I went level 9.1 and the heart beet was 45 times in15seconds. Last time I went level 9.5. I think this time was too rusing. Because I could tell I was doing. 

The body bridge
 The abrance 11 times in 30 second.
The push ups 16 times.
